3. Helensvale Transport and Main Roads Customer Service Centre

   Helensvale Customer Service Centre will be closed from Thursday 25 December 2025 to Monday 29 December 2025, reopening from Tuesday 30 December 2025. Also closing on Thursday 1 January 2026. Alternatively, there are a range of online services available.

   Hervey Bay Customer Service Centre will be closed from Thursday 25 December 2025 to Monday 29 December 2025, reopening from Tuesday 30 December 2025. Also closing on Thursday 1 January 2026. Alternatively, there are a range of online services available.
