Resources enquiries and complaints

The Resources Engagement, Assessment and Compliance Hub (REACH) is the Queensland Government's central contact point for landholders, communities and industry seeking information, raising concerns or resolving issues related to resource activities.

REACH can be contacted for all enquiries or complaints about coal, mineral, gas, geothermal or fossicking activity in Queensland:

You can also provide a compliment or make a complaint about the department.

For quarrying enquiries, contact your local council.

For all other Queensland Government enquiries (safety, noise, odour, environment, surface water, water bores, land titles, vegetation management, etc.), call 13 QGOV (13 74 68).
