Close your business (for SRTOs)

If your training organisation stops operating, you must:

• notify us, by contacting Apprenticeships Info or your Contract Manager (if you are a Skills Assure supplier)
• update training records and training data records for all Queensland apprentices and trainees
• issue outstanding qualifications and statements of attainment
• help eligible apprentices and trainees to complete their apprenticeship or traineeship
• meet your obligation for providing student records to the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA)
• if possible, assist all parties—employers, apprentices and trainees—to find a suitable replacement supervising registered training organisation (SRTO).
